An English teaser site has popped up for the upcoming Nintendo DS remake of Dragon Quest IV, confirming that the game is indeed coming to North America. There's not much to the site at the moment, but it does give a previously unannounced release date for the game, which should be making its way to the US on September 16, 2008.

DQ IV—subtitled Chapters of the Chosen for the remake—was the last of the NES DQ games, when it was released in Japan in 1990. Two years later, the game finally made its way to North American shores (originally called Dragon Warrior IV). The game is notable for dividing the narrative into five distinct chapters, providing a greater emphasis on story.

The two other remakes—DQ V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride and DQ VI: Realms of Reverie—meanwhile, have also been confirmed, but no release date has been given; they are simply listed as coming soon. Their release will mark the first time either of the two Super Famicom DQ games is released in North America.
